What forms of training are available at Triagon?

At the TRIAGON Academy you can obtain a a Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree. Which program is right for you depends on your personal requirements and goals.

Basically, all of our programs are developed as alongside the job and form part of a blended learning format. You can expect a high proportion of self-study and e-learning via our learning platform. Classroom seminars only take place over a few weekends.

Overview of TRIAGON courses:

Bachelor’s degree (Fast Track through Recognition of Prior Learning): 1-year flexible study mode of study through recognition of prior learningwith practical and scientific components for people with experience in the industry (with at least completed vocational training in the field or intensive work experience of many years in the field)

Master’s degree: Two to three semesters alongside the job. The Master programmes usually build on a Bachelor’s degree or a equivalent education for people with a particular interest in scientific, analytical work and to develop management skills.

Example of your experience with TRIAGON Academy.

You have already completed an apprenticeship in a sector specific professional field, such as, as a hotel manager and have several years of professional experience. You enjoy your job, team management suits you and you feel the desire to take on a new challenge in the direction into a sector specific field such as hotel management.

Then you can join TRIAGON’s fast-tracked Bachelor’s program through Recognition of Prior Learning in a sector specific study focusing, for example, in Hotel Management – the Sector Specific Specialisation is one of the specialisations accredited in the BSc in Business Management that allows the provision of a specific field of study related to busniess management  – and without the necessity of a high school diploma! The Sector Specific Study is one of the specialisations accredited by MFHEA as part of the BSc in Business Management – this specialisation allows prospective students to specialise in particular area of interest. You will receive a recognized Bachelor’s degree after 12 months if you are eligible for RPL. With the bachelor’s degree you have good chances for internal promotion, which means more responsibility and a higher salary.

You want to advance even further afterwards? Then follow up with a one-year master’s degree in leadership and strategic management and qualify for the top management of your hotel chain!

What are the admission requirements for advanced training courses?

The admission requirements vary depending on the program:

3-year Bachelor: Matriculation Certificate and proof of B2 level of English and Secondary Education Certificate passes at Grade 5 or better in English Language and Mathematics

Bachelor (Fast Track through recognition for prior learning): Minimum age 20 years and completed vocational training related to the field of study. Alternatively, many years of intensive professional experience in the intended field of study.

Master: Completion of a university degree (Bachelor, Diploma, Magister or Staatsexamen).
